Get in the room for executive roles — before they're public
The Power Move is a discreet positioning engagement for C-suite, SVP, VP, and Head of profiles — reverse recruiting at the executive level. You get sharp executive materials, systematic access to the open, semi-closed, and closed job market, and at the top tiers a personal agent working on your behalf. From DKK 299/month, plus a succession fee on placement.
For leaders in a seat. And for leaders in motion.
The Power Move is built for two situations that demand the same discipline — but feel nothing alike:
- You're employed and ready for more. You can't run a public search, and you won't show up on job boards. You need a controlled signal to the right people — with zero noise.
- You're in transition. Recently departed, serving out a notice period, or between roles. Now it's about momentum: working the market systematically from day one instead of waiting for postings.
What both have in common: at the executive level, the best roles are rarely a posting. They're a conversation that starts early. Our job is to get you into that conversation.
Reverse recruiting, done properly
Executive recruiters work for the employer — they have one seat to fill. We flip the model: Stancein works exclusively for you, the candidate. In the US market this is known as reverse recruiting; we've built it for the European executive market and paired it with an AI-powered platform, so the economics work at a fraction of traditional pricing.
What the engagement includes
- Positioning materials: Executive resume, LinkedIn profile, bio, pitch, and outreach copy — built on one core narrative, quality-assured by humans.
- Role and company intelligence: Before every key process, the platform breaks down the role and the company behind it, so you walk in with an information edge.
- Market monitoring: Systematic coverage of the open and semi-closed market — including retained search firms' channels.
- Network access: Priority routing through executive search, PE/VC, and HR networks.
- Personal agent (Premium/Premium+): Automated, targeted outreach to executive recruiters, sourcers, and hiring executives — plus a human who stays on your most important processes through to the finish line.
The fee model — no surprises
You pay a monthly engagement (DKK 299–1,195) and a succession fee when your move lands: the fee applies to every role you come into play for while your engagement is active — whether the platform surfaced it or you opened the door yourself. The logic is simple: your entire market machine — materials, positioning, signals — is working for you in every process, including the ones you start.
The only exemptions are roles you were demonstrably already in process for before your engagement began — registered at onboarding — and roles you first come into play for after your engagement and the run-off period have ended. The full model is laid out openly on the pricing page — because trust is part of positioning.
How is The Power Move different from working with a headhunter?
A headhunter works for the employer and has one specific seat to fill. The Power Move works for you and covers the entire market — including the search processes headhunters run. We make you visible and relevant to them, instead of you waiting by the phone.
Is the process confidential?
Yes. There's no public signal that you're in motion. Outreach is targeted and controlled, and you approve the direction before we send a single signal anywhere.
When do I pay a succession fee?
When a role you came into play for during your engagement ends in a signed offer — whether the platform surfaced it or you brought it into play yourself. The amount depends on your tier and the role's source (DKK 37,500–75,000). The only exemptions: processes demonstrably underway before you started, and roles you first come into play for after your engagement and the run-off period have ended. No offer, no fee.
How long does an engagement usually take?
It depends on the market, your profile, and how actively you work it. Executive processes typically run over months — the model is built for the long, quiet move, not the quick fix.
