Four tiers. One direction.

In short

Stancein runs DKK 299–1,195/month depending on tier, plus a succession fee of DKK 37,500–75,000 when your move lands. The fee covers every role you come into play for during your engagement — regardless of source. The only exemptions: roles you were demonstrably already in process for before starting, and roles you first come into play for after your engagement and the run-off period have ended. Monthly billing, 90-day notice.

— Succession feeExplained honestly

How the succession fee works

The monthly engagement covers the platform, your materials, and the market work. The succession fee is paid when the work pays off: when you sign for a role you came into play for while your engagement was active. It covers every role in the period — whether the platform surfaced it or you opened the door yourself. The logic is simple: your positioning, your materials, and your market signals are working for you in every process, including the ones you start.

  • Role surfaced by the platform: DKK 75,000 (Standard/Premium) or DKK 60,000 (Standard+/Premium+).
  • Role you bring into play: DKK 50,000 (Standard/Premium) or DKK 37,500 (Standard+/Premium+).

Two exemptions — and only two

  • Processes underway before you start: Roles you were demonstrably already in play for before your engagement began are exempt. They're registered at onboarding, so there's never a dispute.
  • Roles after the engagement ends: Roles you first come into play for after your engagement and the run-off period have ended are, of course, also exempt. The flip side: roles you came into play for during the engagement still trigger the fee, even if the contract is only signed after you've left. [Run-off period length to be set in the terms.]

Standard+ and Premium+ follow insurance logic: a higher monthly engagement, a markedly lower fee the day your move lands. All engagements bill monthly with 90-day notice.

— FAQPricing and terms
Can I switch tiers along the way?

Yes — you can upgrade at any time. A common pattern: starting on Standard, then moving to Premium when a key process heats up and you want a personal agent in your corner.

What if I find my next role on my own?

Then the lower rate applies: roles you bring into play during the engagement trigger a succession fee of DKK 50,000 (Standard/Premium) or DKK 37,500 (Standard+/Premium+). Your engagement is working for you in every process — including the ones you open — which is why the model covers the whole period.

Which roles are exempt from the succession fee?

Two situations: roles you were demonstrably already in play for before your engagement started (registered at onboarding), and roles you first come into play for after your engagement and the run-off period have ended.

What is the run-off period?

A window after your engagement ends during which the succession fee still applies to roles you came into play for while the engagement was active. It ensures long executive processes that started during the engagement are treated the same — no matter when the ink dries.

Why a 90-day notice period?

Because executive processes run over months. The notice period ensures active processes get closed out properly — for you, and for the companies and search firms we work with.
