No, never. If one of our candidates is offered the job through your mandate, the candidate negotiates their 100-day Executive Onboarding program directly with the hiring company. It sits entirely outside your fee and agreement — there is no added cost for you in bringing our candidates into play.
Does Stancein compete with us?
